my building has been through several management companies and nyc property care is the first to call back right away when I had a complaint and to spend the time examining the real issues behind the problem. They actually followed up a few weeks later, why I was impressed enough to write a review.I'm only a tenant but can say from a renters perspective this is a great management co.
