Clearly if I would have read some of the reviews on this site, I would be having second thoughts in renting my apt. through this realty. However my experience with them has so far been excellent. I dealt with Loryanna DiMaio, she has been very helpful and professional. I am very picky and if it wasn't for Loryanna or Awaye Realty, I would still have been looking for an apt. I would recommend Loryanna Dimaio and Awaye Realty to anyone looking for apts. in Brooklyn.

I just closed on my first New York City apt - I dealt with Arlene at Awaye Realty - she was very helpful and answered all the questions I had in a timely matter. She was easy to get in touch with and when I called her office the other agents there were also receptive and always passed my messages along. I would recommend Awaye to anyone looking to buy/rent in New York City.

True dedication

Awaye realty/property management has always done a fabulous job for me and for anyone i sent to them. I never saw such dedication, both in the property management area and in sales and rentals. Never had a problem with calls not being returned, they seem to be on top of things consistently, and i have dealt with them many times. Perhaps the problem is that the boss is a woman, and a strong woman seen differently than if it were a man.
