Madd Fun is 1 of the Greastest Places in Brooklyn. I too had my daughters birhday party at Madd Fun n I must say by far it was one of the best experiences ever. Starting from the office staff when i first booked my party Octavia made me feel very relaxed and assured me everything will be okay. My party coach was great sorry I cant remember her name and the food was soooo good.Thank u everyone at Madd Fun who made my daughter's party one of the best every See ya next year!!!!!

Clean Friendly Family Environment 97% of the time.. Madd Fun is by far the cleanest Family Enteirtainment Center that I have ever been to. I came to Madd Fun located in Brooklyn, NY on about 5 seperate occasions to attend birthday parties for family members and also for other childrens birthday parties, it was phenominal. For one of the parties I attended the customer sevice that we recieved from one of the Party Hostesses was so good I felt compeled to give him a large tip. This was the same on two other occasions. However the only complaint I have about Madd Fun would be the treatment and attitude that came from a particular staff member who worked in the office. When I came to ask her about a game that appeared to be broken and had taken several of my coins she responded to me in a nasty attitude saying "I don't know what game your talking about so go find out and then tell me so I can try and help you", now by reading this you would think that she tried to handle the matter in a proffesional manner ,however, this was not the case. The intonation in her voice depicted a character that should not be working in an environment around young children. A word of advice to Octavia "This is a Family Enteirtainment Center. Please leave your attitudes at the door". And as to the Party Hostesses that displayed such wonderful preformances (Raquel, Mellissa, and Cazden) keep up the good work and continue to practice your wonderful Customer Service. I hope when I have my son's first birthday party there one of you will be the host.
