Sosaku Japanese Restaurant is a great choice for sushi. Sosaku has delicious and very fresh sushi. They have lunch and dinner specials and you can eat at the restaurant or order in. I usually order from Sosaku at least once a week, but would actually like to have it much more often than that.…

Just had the Salmon Teriyaki lunch special. soup was decent, brown rice cooked well... the teriyaki sauce was nothing special but the star of this meal was the salmon skin. Have to admit I LOVE fried fish skin and they did the salmon skin…
