When you need someone who is TRUSTWORTHY. We have been using A & B Carpet for close to a year for our commercial cleaning needs and we have not been let down by their upfront pricing and quality workmanship, we would definitely recommend this company to other businesses.

Very honest and ethical company.. I am very happy with their service. Their tech Sam was great! Very knowledgeable, capable and respectful.

He did a great job! The customer satisfaction guarantee is real: When I needed them to come back

for a special anti-allergy pass, they did so immediately without delay or charge...

Their owner Sara particularly was professional. She was very reassuring at all times. When they came over first time, I had concerns as to whether they had the requisite Allergy relief products with them.

She went over the details on the phone, explaining me in great details about their process, how they use a combination of enzymes and sanitizers to achieve the goal.

Amazing service, best carpet cleaners I have used so far. They deserve every bit of the Best Carpet Cleaners award on citysearch.

This is my first time use of Citysearch, and I am glad I came across this website rather that use the phone books / coupons that I have been using in the past. All Bait and Switch guys.

With A & B Carpet, I let them know, I was willing to consider additional changes in price, once they look at it. But to my amazement, their tech Sam stuck to the original price.

Real glad I found A & B Carpet, and even happier to have found Citysearch. I will be sure to use this site much more now.

The most professional carpet cleaners we've ever used!!!!. We needed to get the air ducts cleaned in our house but I kept putting it off because I figured it would be a timely process and really expensive. Finally I decided it was time to do it so I checked online and read some reviews and then called a few places. NY CARPET stood out to me so I booked up an appointment with A & B Carpet. They explained the process to me and gave me an approximate estimate over the phone. I LOVED MY SERVICE!!!. I HAVE 4 KIDS, 2 DOGS AND A CONSTRUCTION WORKER HUSBAND WHO COMPLETELY RECKED MY CARPET! I RECEIVED A COUPON FROM MY FRIEND WHO USED THEM LAST WEEK FOR 5 ROOMS AND 13 STEPS, STEAM CLEANED AND DEEP SCRUBBED.

I CALLED A & B CARPET AND THE LADY OVER THE PHONE WAS SO NICE AND POLITE, I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR SATURDAY NIGHT. THE GUYS CAME OUT, SHOWED ME HOW THE CARPET SHOULD TURN OUT AND I TOLD THEM TO " DO IT!!"

(EVEN MY DOGS LIKED THESE GUYS!- WHICH IS RARE...)

MY CARPET TURNED OUT SOOOOO NICE AND IT DIDN'T SMELL LIKE WET DOG IN MY HOUSE ANYMORE. YEAHHHH ALL PRO QUALITY CLEANING!!!! THEY GAVE ME A WARRANTY SO NOW I CAN HAVE MY CARPET CLEANED WHENEVER I WANT FOR FREEEEE, I JUST PAY FOR THE TEFLON. I'M HAVING THEM COME OUT EVERY 3 MONTHS FROM NOW ON.

Best carpet cleaners ever. I'm shocked.. I have a rental home in Jersey City. Our last tennant destroyed the place and we though we needed to replace the carpet. After getting quotes to replace it for almost $4000 we decided to see if upstairs (which wasn't as bad) could be cleaned. A & B Carpet came out and said the whole place was cleanable. We had them clean it and WOW somehow they made it look and smell like new. I'm totally shocked and will recommend them to my friends.

Hello Real Estate Agents , Home Owners, And Investors!. This Company Exceeded My Expections!

As, a full time Real Estate professional I pride myself on customer service... I usually do not recommend others, but in this case I feel confident and compelled to do so. Let me share with you why? I had been assigned the task of getting 28 investor owned properties cleaned up and ready for resale. I was excited at my good fortune, until I saw the task ahead of me. I called A & B Carpet and spoke with a very kind and knowledgeable fellow named Sam, I explained my problem and budget, and time frame. He sent his business partner, to meet with me at my office. I gave him the list of homes as well as the keys, he said he would personally visit each property and then return the keys with a not to exceed price on each home. I knew I had to trust someone since this is not my cup of tea. Let me tell you some of these homes were down right SCARY while others had normal wear and tear. Sam, came back to me within one day much to my surprise with a fair price and professional can do attitude. I gave them the job, and crossed my fingers... Sam took the time upon completion to tour the properties with me. They EXCEEDED my expectations. The carpets smell fresh and looked clean and in most cases brand new!!! . The scary carpets look so good I was shocked! I asked Jess, how did you get the carpets and tile grout so clean, he just smiled and "Said It's easy when you know your business." Then, I hired A & B Carpet to clean the carpets at my house. Once again, Professional, Timely, Respectful of my belongings, I told them I am an allergy sufferer, and please only use non-toxic environmentally safe products, that's Sam, told me that he too suffers from allergies and that they never use anything that they wouldn't use in his own home. I can definitely recommend this company with hesitation. keep up the good work!

Great Job!!!. I brought three rugs to A & B Carpet for cleaning strong pet odors and he did a fabulous job and price was very reasonable. The rugs are old orientals that belong to my family and I was wary of them being damaged, but he took excellent care of them and they're like new now! He also pointed out that they had to be de-mothed, and I never would have realized unless I'd brought them to him. Highly recommend going to them and plan to use this business again!

This is why...... OK, the last company we used Flatrate Carpet Cleaners, The problem we had with them was that their office was not able to give us an exact price and said we had to wait till the technicians show up. This worried us a little. Obviously when they showed up the began to vacuumed and spray the carpet with some soap. Then my wife asked about the price, they had already started the work ? assuming that we wanted to ?deep cleaning? that was 200.00 dollars more then they told us over the phone. So we asked them to leave. We called A & B Carpeting cleaning and they were a ?god send?. They told us about the company, the procedure and the PRICES they charge. We were able to schedule them that same day to clean the carpet that Sears did not. They were on time; Clean, Professional, and most importantly the price was exactly what they said over the phone. No BS at all!!!! : ) , we were very happy and actually had my neighbor get this carpet cleaned as well. That?s our story, Honest companies are hard to find - A & B Carpet Cleaners is probably one of best in Brooklyn . Thank you for the Perfect Job, Fair Prices and Great Company.

Professional, Friendly, and Dependable. After I called Stanley Steemer and the boneheads there forgot to bring the right equipment to clean my carpets, I calledA & B Carpetand I can't believe I even considered Stanley Steemer.

Eddie was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and took the stains right out of my carpets. I would highly recommend using A & B Carpet any day of the week!

WOW!! What a Difference!!. A & B Carpet,Upholstery&Drapery Cleaning were on time.Fast ,Courteous,Excellent Service. My Carpets looked like NEW! I was Amazed! Also,I'm at ease concerning Bacteria and Allergens. A great Value when it comes to a Healthy Environment. We are very Thrilled with the service.
