Great experience. i got 2 viva & abbi wigs, and one headband fall in august 2004. i still have them, and wear them on a regular basis. i couldn't be happier. i get much more compliments on them than i do on my shuly which was almost 3 times the price.

worst experience ever!!!!. i bought a few wigs from viva and abby.

Worst customer service than any place in this world! Absolutely horrible, they dont stand behind anything that happens to your wig once you step out the door, i had my wig for just abt a few months and the whole top of the wig was entirely BALD!! It was sewn terribly and all the hair fell out, i brought it bak to them and i showed them look the entire thing is bald, hardly any hair left and i just bought this 5 months ago, and they said yeah it mustve been sewn poorly but if youd like us to fix it you have to pay for it, Wat the heck!!!!!! You screwed up on making this wig? i should get a new one for free, never mind pay for the whole thing.

Crazy company!
