I needed a car for the weekend, called this place and they were very pleasant on the phone. Reasonably priced. so I booked the reservation. When I got there, again they were very accommodating and they had a gps available and a DVD player so I could keep the kids occupied in the back. They gave me a nice car -no problems. I would definitely recommend them and I will be going back there for my next car rental. Thanks!

RENTERS BEWARE!

I rented a car from them one weekend, I got a decent rate with them so I was pretty happy, only once I got into the car I discovers that I have been had. The car had bad alignment, poor brakes, noise from the front left end, and a cracked passenger side mirror.

Since their convenient location, and since I am not a person who is too particular, I decided to make a second reservation with them, hoping that I will clarify the past issues and that I do not want to get this car again.

It is was Sunday, all Brooklyn car rentals are closed, and again I am stuck with the same POS van. I tried to call up and ask for an alternative vehicle, explaining my dissatisfaction with the SAFETY of the van. My request fell upon deaf ears, the rude man on the phone raised his voice did not let me talk, and told me not to complain and that he won't help me.

Since then I don't have finished my business with this company....
