AVOID at all costs!

These guys did not fix our problem, instead they cut wires and bypassed the control panel. We're lucky we didn't burn up our unit. Rather than tell us what they did, they said they had to adjust something elsewhere in the building. We discovered their "handywork" when we were still having problems and decided to have another look. I could have done what they did, and I don't even own wire cutters.
