Good Experience

The agent I did work with wasn’t really able to show me the kinda apt I was looking for but luckily he put me in touch with another guy that works there and he was able to show me an apt I really liked. Took a little while longer then I really wanted to get my keys but mostly cause of some jewish holidays that the owners of the building observe so can’t really blame him. Really cool he met with me on a Sunday to personally hand me my keys.

• Cons: Took a little more time to get keys then expected

Awesome Negotiator

I recently worked with an agent of theirs named Josh and he pulled off the impossible in my favor. He showed me an apartment which I really wanted and it looked like I was going to get it but it turned out there was another deposit on it. I was very disappointed and thought I would have to start my search all over again until he worked his magic. He was able to speak with the owner and got me the apartment despite the other deposit and even took a hit on his cut of the deal from the owner. I was so happy that he was able to make this happen but felt bad that he had to take a hit on his cut. Thank You soooo much Josh.

Great company

Great people to work with. Even went through the extra work of contacting owner while on holiday to make sure that work to apt gets finished. It took a day or two more then I would have liked but appreciated their effort to make sure it gets done. I would def encourage people to work with Peoples Choice.

• Cons: Little bit of delay, but no biggie
