Carpet Cleaning Under The Christmas Tree. We had our rugs picked up several days before Christmas and my husband told me to have them cleaned at the house, but when the technician explained that it had to go to the factory, so be it. The technician assured me that it would be back in time to be in front of the fire for christmas. We got it back with a few phone calls before the holiday and we had a great day with Santa and the carpet. The carpet looked new but my 11 year old spilled some eggnog on it *sigh* so back to ABC hopefully Alex will understand

Same Day Service With A Smile. We had a pipe burst in our apartment where the plumber came out and fixed early in the morining. He told us that we had to get our carpets dry as they would be spoiled. We called ABC and they informed us that it would have to be done the same day (as we had water damage) they came at the next available appointment. Where the tachnician came and did our two rooms (there was a lot of water). He cleaned everything with a smile on his face and great way about him. And he was most happy with the tip. Great service with a smile on his face!!!

i had them cleaning my dining chairs and carpet i never thought the stains can come out but

they did a great job ..and on top the price reasonable.

bers carpet cleaners in town. i'm so satisfied with the work that ABC RUG CLEANRS did on my area rug. it looks and smells great ..

it is not the first time i use the carpet cleaners service although for the first time i am

so happy with the job they did.. my rug looks new!!

It was a real pleasure having their work in our home. I called ABC RUG CLEANING to clean four bedroom and stairs. We are very pleased. We are not only happy with the quality of workmanship but with the manner in which we were treated as customers, they returned all phone calls and arrived when they say they would, it was a real pleasure having their work in our home. The Worst!!!. The experience was an absolute nightmare. I am SHOCKED at how many positive reviews they've received.

The salesman came out and tried to upsell us on a 8 x 10 rug - $660. When he left with our carpet, its was down to $140. We told him we needed it by Christmas (10 days away) and he said that wouldn't be a problem.

I call the following Monday as he suggested and the people on the phone are awful. "Huh, can you repeat that? One more time. One more time please?" Just getting my info took about 15 minutes. After all that, they tell me to call "Mike" at the warehouse to check on my carpet. Huh? Isn't that their job. Long story short, Mike doesn't have it and the man on the phone at ABC, Alex, doesn't really know either. "Call back tomorrow and I'll tell you". I told her to take my number and to call me. The next day goes by - nothing. Not even a call. I call him back and he says "What's your number. I'll call you". Mind you, I've been on the phone with this guy like 8 times and each time he asks for my number. Very blunt, somewhat rude.

I was told it would be delivered between 5 and 8pm tonight. It is 7:20. I just got a call saying that the van broke down and they aren't sure if they'll have it to me tomorrow. They have ONE delivery truck - ONE. I told them that they better rent a van and get the rug to us.

I would SERIOUSLY consider using someone else. Again, I am floored that anyone would give it anything above a star.

ABC RUG CLEANING WAS GREAT!!!!. They came and picked up my rugs right on time, and brought them back right on time. I felt they were really easy to deal with, and I will recomend them to all my friends and family thank you ABC RUG CLEANING...

The best Rug Cleaners I have ever used.. I recently purchased a new, very expensive, area rug for my home. A few months and a few parties it was time for a serious cleaning, after all I want to protect my investment. I found ABC Rug and Carpet Care. I cant begin to say enough about them. They offered free pickup and delivery. Once they completed the job (rather quickly I might add) they brought back the carpet in BRAND NEW condition. This was the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. I strongly recommend ABC to anyone looking to have their carpet or area rug cleaned. Thanks ABC!

Thank-You ABC CARPET. ABC CARPET was recommended to me by a neighbor. I am so glad that I called them. My rugs came out SPOT LESS! They are back to the condition they were in when I first bought them. I am so pleased with the work they did that I will definetly recommend ABC CARPET again. Also, I will tell our other neighbors what a wonderful job they did. GOOD JOB THANK-YOU !!!
