I *highly* recommend Robert Mittman as a wonderful, sensitive, all-around healer. She's very talented, well-schooled in all aspects of the alternative field, and extremely intuitive. I've gone to Roberta for many problems including longstanding issues and have always received her full attention and on-the-money help in resolving these. I really rely on her for both physical and emotional treatment. She's my first line of defense against the troubles of the world. Just go.

I was hesitant to try acupuncture, but after chiropractics and massages failed to help, I decided to give it a try. I was nervous, but from the moment I met Roberta she put me at ease. She works with you not just to treat the muscles, but to work with you to help uncover the cause of the tension. I always enjoy visiting with her as her reassuring manner makes me realize everything is going to be okay... by the end of every session I'm more relaxed and more in tune with myself, and my muscles are relaxed and ready to get back to my life. If you've ever been curious about acupuncture but afraid to try it, I highly recommend visiting Roberta at the Park Avenue Center for Well Being.
