Charismatic cyclist and a patient supportive coach

Felix fitted me on my Cervelo Soloist when I purchased it at R&A last year. I had heard of Felix through the neighborhood grape vine but meeting him was an experience. He is a dynamo and his knowledge of cycling is amazing. Soon afterwards, Felix started coaching me on the fundamentals of cycling. As an old marathoner (first one in 1983), I was a little nervous about the learning process ( I never had to clip on and clip off when I put on my running shoes) but Felix makes it easy. He pushes you to do your best but he is always totally supportive and helpful. One added advantage of training in Propsect Park with Felix is that he knows everybody and everybody knows him! It makes training an event similar to being in the entourage of a celebrity. It's FUN and you get to meet a lot of great people. His training gets you to the point where you're strong enough to keep up with those pelotons circling the park each weekday morning at 6:00 AM!!

Great custom bike fitting.

I had Felix fit me several years ago, but wound up selling that bike and losing touch with him due to a move. Upgraded recently, and tracked him down. I couldn't be happier. We spent about an hour and a half, working every aspect of fit, and the result is terrific. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Highly recommended, for all services he offers.

The nicest guy you'll have meet!

This guy is fantastic. I have never felt so comfortable with a trainer before. You just understand him. Everything he tells you makes sense. If you're looking to to be properly fitted to your bike, basic training or technique on increasing your speed for competitive reasons or personal performance then you MUST work with Felix. To put it in one word, RESULTS!!!

• Pros: Price, flexibility, results!
• Cons: I didn't find him sooner.
