As a PS 58 mom I find Elite Fitness Studio a welcomed fix for all of my daily stress. Clean, comfortable, relaxing experience with lots of direction and motivation. From my experiences here I feel compelled to let everyone know that if you are overweight, new to exercise or afraid to get started you will not feel out of place. David also works closely with our neighborhood schools to promote health and wellness to our youth. The studio also offers childcare so mom’s can get a little time in when we would otherwise skip the gym. In closing I am in total support of what is going on at this studio and I welcome all of Carroll Gardens families to come and support a studio that gives back to our community.

Carroll Gardens at its Best!

It’s nice to see a small studio taking such a big part in educating our youth about keeping fit and exercising. They offer lots of different programs, so there is something for everyone. Bring the family, you won’t be disappointed.

You have to try this Studio!

I've been around the gym circuit for a while and have tried countless gyms in a variety of neighborhoods and price points. And Elite Fitness Studio definitely takes the cake!! It totally lives up to its name. From the time you step into their establishment you know this Studio is not like the usual subpar service, hustle & bustle gyms that we've unfortunately become accostumed to. So many wonderful things I can say about David and his staff.. but I'll leave it at ..."the most comfortable, professional, and clean place to exercise in Carroll Gardens.
