Do you like clean and fresh? Do you like well maintained & organized? Do you like friendly & smiling faces? Do you like people who care? Do you like something for everyone? Do you like Value? Do you like great programming? Do you like to do what you want when you want? Do you need a little motivation? Do you have kids? Do you need childcare? Do you need child programming? If you need or like any of the things I have posted here today, then you will fall in Love with this not to big not to small Carroll Gardens studio!

As a mom I find Elite Fitness a wonderful place. Help is always avalible and I trust the staff with my children. I find the small group coaching classes a great value. I also love the way they keep the studio clean and that you never have to wait around for machines. Children's classes are sensational and are the teachers.

This is the only Studio in town that you don't dread to go and work-out in. It is so clean and fresh all the time. It is a little getaway from the rest of the studio's and gym's in the area. This studio has a wonderful staff and amazing coaches. There are lots of places to exercise in Carrol Gardens but none of them have all the bases covered like this one does. It is few and far between when you can get such great quality in so many area's, yoga, pilates,cardio,classes,there are even children's classes and childcare. Columbia street has come a long way.
