Best woman's clothing in DUMBO. I love shopping here, they have the most intriguing window displays, every week, the store is calling my name to come in.

It is a great experience being there, the staff goes above and beyond to put together an outfit for me when I have a special event. I once bought one of their vintage reworked dresses, a cocktail ring and shoes for a party and the compliments were endless. This is one stop shopping at its best!!!

A magical shopping experience. It distresses me to read negative comments about the service at Blueberi because I have always found the staff to be courteous and helpful. And I SO love shopping there! I always find something special; one-of-a-kind jewelry, a knock-out hand bag, wonderful, wonderful tops and jackets. And everything stands out and screams"special" because the designers are often too small to deal with chains & department stores. And the store itself is SO beautiful. I love it! And I love all the compliments I get!

My favorite boutique in Brooklyn!. I love Blueberi. The store owner has an amazing sense of style and she has helped me pick out beautiful and unique pieces that are not usual mainstream. Jewelry also stands out. The sister store in Park Slope also offers great finds and better sales.

argumentative and rude shopgirls, ridiculous policies. this shop in my neighborhood is a let down. i was so excited to find such an interesting mix of clothes, but after my experience with their return/exchange policies, i will never set foot in there again. i bought a pair of gloves. the tag was stuck through both sides of one glove and just though one side of the other, leaving me to decide on my purchase by only trying on one glove. but it was cute, so i bought them; only to find they were both left gloves when i got home and took off the tag that connected them together!! my calls were left unreturned and my visit to try and exchange them or get store credit (to put toward a pair of shoes i also wanted for 5x the price of the gloves!!) was met with very rude, elevated voice arguing. (one clerk tried to yell at me that i was very wrong, citing "i see nothing wrong with these gloves.") .........wow. what stupidity.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The shop is beautifully appointed but who cares if the owner and staff have ugly attitudes. They are so unhelpful and snobbish it is a place I would avoid. I can find many of the "under the radar" designers at other shops without the aggro. I would never spend my money at a shop that is so distasteful. I prefer to support other neighborhood shops that treat their clients with kindness and courtesy. With so many shops selling similar items sometimes it boils down to the customer service and this place ain't gone none.

Too pricey, horrible customer service. Great assortment, yet no great customer service to complete the sale. I walked the entire store, and received no hello or acknowledgement.

The clothes are very pricey, and some pieces don't even have price tags on them which leads me to believe the owners give a price based on what you're willing to pay....SUSPECT!

Greedy Owner - Watch Out !!. Shop at your peril here because the owner is not interested in her clients, just their dollars.

Blueberi in DUMBO has been a bad experience; as another blogger mentioned their return policy is unreasonable and they really don't care about their customers once they have cashed in.

It's such a shame because they do have some beautiful clothes (although very pricey for quality).

MY 2ND HOME<3. blueberi is the coziest little boutique that makes you feel overwhelmed with joy, just by stepping through the door. the 'no cellphones' sign to your right alarms many newcomers, but once you take a lap around the store, youll forget you even have a cellphone. i own many pieces from this store, and i love the staff. they know me personally because im in there so much, and regardless if this store is your second home, or it was just your stop on the way home, the staff is sure to cater to your needs! yes, the store is pricey. there are some pieces of jewelry that are moderately priced, but if youre looking to buy an outfit, definitely know what youre in for. its times like these where breaking into your piggy bank is worth it!

RUDE SALES STAFF AND TIGHT EXCHANGE POLICY. I've never met the owner, however I recently found the sales staff at Blueberi in DUMBO to be very rude and argumentative when I tried to exchange a necklace that I was given as a gift. It's one thing to clarify store policy to customers, it's yet another thing to tell a customer that if she doesn't like the policy, perhaps she shouldn't shop in specialty boutiques. Recall, I hadn?t shopped there, I?d simply received a gift from the store! Anyhow, setting aside the minutiae of my experience, before you buy, be sure to check out their return/exchange policy!!!! There is a very, very narrow window for returns and exchanges.
