Nothing to brag about. I tried quite a few things here made at least two visits was not impressed. This store uses alot of weird spices and hot pepper sauces. There are times where the lines can be quite long and you can wait a half and hour for an order.

Dont understand the hype. I don't see what the big deal is? It is just a sandwich store nothing too special and who ever heard of putting sauces and spices inside a sandwich and burns a little too. The bubble tea tasted kind of stale and the lines feel like the drag and it is a long wait to get something to eat.

Three times was enough to be displeased. I have been to Hanco's three different times and was displeased enough not to want to go back there. The first time was opening week the line had 20 people in front of me and it took over half and hour couldn't wait any longer went for pizza instead. My second visit another long line asked whats happening here was given an attitude. I waited then ordered a Vietnamese sandwich that came with hot pepper sauce and other spices which I couldn't bare. The bubble tea tasted really horrid for me. My third and last time doing business with this establishment was last sat when I went to hang out with a friend at his place on Clinton st.

I called for Del an hour has gone by and don't know what happened with our order. I call to see what was going on they said the delivery guy just left and hung up the phone another 30 min went by the guy comes to Deliver we chose to cancel the order on the spot we told him sorry changed our minds the Del took way too long this will be my third and last time dealing with Hanco's.

Didn't do it for me too long waiting periods. The long waiting periods in this store were just the beginning of the problems. I had the chicken shredded sandwich with alot of spices which also had hot pepper sauce. I don't think the sandwich was made properly because as I was trying to eat it food and spices were falling out. My insides felt burned with all those spices they put in didn't agree with me and neither did waiting 30 min for my order on a Monday afternoon. I wont be coming back.

not happy with this spot. Hanco's does OK with deliveries when it comes to inside service a real disappointment. I waited way too long for my order it was a simple pork sandwich. The bubble tea tasted really stale for me. The young lady behind the counter let me switch to Vietnamese coffee since I couldn't stand the tea which I was OK with, but the coffee wasn't fresh at all it was cold. I think it would be better to stick to delivery when I go to my friends place to hang out in the heights sorry about that.

just another fast food joint with long waits. I don't know what certain people see in this store? It is just another fast food joint, not only that there are long lines and the Vietnamese sandwich made me and my mom sick cant believe we walked from Carrol gardens

just to try this place need I say more about the 45 min wait we had.

Not what I expected.. I tried to give this store a few chances to develop but didn't really fly at all.

I had to wait on two different lines one for a number and the second for my

food. I was starving by the time they finished everything. It is a very slow

kind of service. It took an hour for everything to get done, tried calling for delivery the week afterwards the lines were tied up for 20 min sorry not

coming back.

intollerable fast food experience. I never heard of a system where you have to wait on two lines one for a

number and another for the food and you half to pay in advance. The lines were really long and the bubble tea tasted terrible. You figure they would move a little faster but not quite. I wouldn't recommend this store its runned badly.

feel like a long wait at the doctors office. I happen to agree with a few of the other reviewers. The wait during the lunch hour is ridicules. I only have an hour for my break and that's how long I waited for my order. There are at least 5 people behind the counter and it doesn't seem to help. They also messed up my order that really made me want to leave sorry wont be coming back.

Intolerable prefer the 350 7Ave location anytime in Brooklyn. This store turned out to be intolerable went to meet up with a friend for lunch at 1 this afternoon there were only 5 people in front of us, we waited 10 min to get a card and sit in a waiting room for over 30 min. I don't understand what happened. My understanding is when you open a second store in a new area your supposed to be on the alert. The pork sandwich tasted terrible couldn't finish it.

I really couldn't stand the service here too slow would rather go to the park slope location instead on 7 ave much better service and food, got really annoyed took the train from sunset pk to try the second store out and it turned out to be a big travesty.
