We rented a 9 passenger explorer conversion van from image for the weekend of November 11th to November 15th for our Washington DC trip.
The 2011 black luxury van was awesome as it it was equipped with WiFi, TV/DVD Captain chairs, reclining bed and much more.

For my birthday I really wanted to do something very special for myself! I live in California, but was traveling to New York. When renting a car I thought it might be nice to really go first class and in style! I discovered Image Rent A Car online and was very impressed with the large selection of vehicles that could fit most any ones budget that was looking for a luxury experience!! However, what truly was the deciding factor was the service representative Jose Rosario!! Jose was so very professional, efficient, kind and courteous!! He helped me to choose the perfect car to fit my needs and budget!!!! And time does not permit me to expound on how great it felt to pull up to my friends in a luxury car in so much grace and style!!! When I arrived to the airport, Jose was there to pick me up on time and my car was set and ready to go!!! I enjoyed the service so much that I will be returning and will be renting again next week!! Thanks again Jose you are the best and Image is truly First Class!!!

Professionalism & Helpfulness Made our Trip a success.
Recently we took 34 students and teachers on a trip back East from the West Coast to study Early American History.
I want to specifically thank Jose at the Image Rent a Car center in Newark, New Jersey and in New York City.
His professionalism and helpfulness not only made our trip a success, but a very enjoyable one.
He was thorough with the seats properly fastened in the vans, as well as the making sure all the seat belts were working.

Great Cars - Great Service.
Great experience! I know I could never afford a corvette unless I hit the Lotto... But after my tax returns I took alittle money to burn and rented the car of my dreams..
Image had a beautiful yellow corvette which there team of associates delivered to me when I got off my plane in Miami.
Boy did me and my wife feel like celbraties. They had the car right outside of the terminals just for me.
Also the delivery guy was very hopeful with accomdating our luggage in this little car.
If you want that real important feeling or just want to impress a client Image is the way to go. Also the Florida manager was very professional I never had to go into any office.

The luxury cars are always ready, clean and in excellent condition.
The rates are the cheapest I can find and most importantly the staff are very knowledgeable,
friendly and helpful.
Marcy and Liz in particular have helped me a
lot, they recognize me when I phone and are always extremely happy and reliable.
