Totally Impressed. The arrangement that went out to my friend (who recently gave birth to a baby boy) was gorgeous. As always, Charlotte put together an amazing posy of purples, blues, whites and greens. Her professional and friendly staff took extra care to get it to my friend right on time. Thank you so much for this delightful experience.

Terrible experience.. Complete liars. I ordered flowers from Teleflora which were to be delivered by these yahoos on Valentine's Day. Instead they didnt bother delivering the flowers till the day after Valentine's day, thus ruining my surprise. They actualy had the audacity to call my girlfriend instead of me to tell her they would not deliver it on time. They never called me. I also paid extra to have them delivered on V-day! I called teleflora who did not answer their phone so I emailed them and over a week later they finally get back to me to tell me that the florist told them they delivered the flowers on Valentines day...LIARS, There is a whole firm of attorneys who can attest that they were delivered the day after. I had to go through my credit card to get a refund due to the dishonesty and incompetence of this florist and Teleflora. PEOPLE I AM WARNING YOU NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER. THEY DONT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS.

Great wedding experience. I worked with Charlotte of Floral Heights for my wedding in May 2010 and it was a wonderful experience. She provided excellent service and beautiful flower arrangements at a great price. Charlotte provided timely responses to my questions and was always attentive to our needs.

I highly recommend Floral Heights for floral arrangements for any function.

AMAZING FLOWERS. We live in the UK and recently got married in NYC - Central Park. We were recommended Floral Heights and I'm sooo happy that we were!! Charlotte was amazing and helped us with flowers for all the bridal party. Because of the time difference communication via email was fantastic and quick.

I cannot recommend them more highly!!!!!!

Its not often you come across high quality work at reasonable prices but Charlotte (the owner) pulls it off time and time again.

I LOVE using this florist because of the "WOW Factor" that people get when they receive one of their arrangements.

I've never actually met Charlotte (I place all my orders over the phone)but when it comes to creating a first rate impression with flowers...Floral Heights is my ace in the hole!"

Great Brooklyn flower shop. I used Floral Heights for the first time this year for Valentine's day. Spoke with Christine. She was very helpful and they created a custom bouque that was really great. Flowers lasted at least a week or more and the selection, which they picked for me, was very nicely done. I would certainly use them again.

Best florist NY has to offer!. I have been buying flowers from Charlotte for over 5 years now. She is the only person I will go to for an arrangement because, frankly, I haven't found anyone else who can match the level of quality, creativity and beauty that goes into her creations. I think she is the best NY has to offer. My wife and I are planning to leave the city for NJ soon and I know that even moving across the river is not going to stop me from coming back to Brooklyn for Charlotte's flowers. We also intend to work with Charlotte on landscaping our new home and know that she will do a beautiful job. My wife and I just love her!

Floral Designs of Perfection. We came across Charlotte's shop quite by accident and what a find! Since we discovered Floral Heights, Charlotte has not only done various arrangements for us but also recently did all the flowers for our wedding. What an incredible job she did. The bouquets for myself (the bride) and the bridesmaids were stunning; they literally took my breath away when I first saw them. I had the same reaction when I walked into the chapel and saw how she had set out the flowers and the candles - it looked like paradise, so tastefully and warmly done. And then we got to see the floral table arrangements at our reception - at the River Cafe - and again, they were simply stunning. For us, what makes Charlotte so unique is the fact that she not only consistently delivers beautiful, perfect and stunning arrangements; but that she is also such a lovely, genuine and warm person. So, if you want the best in flower design coupled with someone who is a total pleasure and joy to do business with, then Floral Heights is the place to go.

A SECRET THAT WILL SOON GET OUT!. Charlotte at Floral Heights is an incredible talent. Her floral designs are exquisite. I have sent numerous arrangements and each time she sends a photo of the arrangment via e-mail which is great because when I get the call from the receiver gushing over the flowers I know exactly what they are talking about. Also, she uses the freshest, most beautiful flowers. While in her shop you see the most amazing varieties! She also does silk arrangements. Just this weekend I brought in a vase and after asking about the room's colors she created the most beautiful silk arrangment. None of the guests at my dinner party that night could believe the flowers were silk. They were a total success! I highly reccomend Floral Heights and Charlotte. She's got incredible attention to detail, her service is excellent, she's the nicest person, and most importantly you'll get the highest quality flowers and level of design, all at Brooklyn prices. Call now before she raises her prices! Her designs are worth far more than she charges, and its just a matter of time before she smartens up!
