In Short – The corner shop is decorated in toothsome style--chandeliers, white marble tables, parquet floors and bright mint-green walls--with patrons lingering over Illy cappuccinos and creamy banana pudding. Cupcakes in every imaginable flavor fill the corner shop's cake stands, including Ben & Jerry-inspired cookie dough, peanut butter, coconut cloud, German chocolate and classic southern red velvet. In the morning the bakeshop opens early with fresh croissants and muffins, and it stays open late on weekends for sweet talking.

the red velvet is awesome....everything else is ok...VERY sweet, if you like magnolia bakery these taste very similar. a little expensive. coffee is good too but way overpriced.
- Pros: decent cupcake
- Cons: the rest of the desserts
Pillsbury has more flavor.

Very cute cozy shop with baked goods that look great, but have no taste. Pillsbury tastes better than their product. Appalling for what they’re charging. I’ll stick to baking with real ingredients at home.
- Pros: Cute, cozy, shop.
- Cons: Bakes goods with no taste.
DELISH!!!

While in Brooklyn today visiting my grandfather, I went to the Little Cupcake Bakeshop with my daughter, and was very pleasantly surprised! We thought the cupcakes were yummy!! I'm a baker (and a very good one i may add!!) and i loved it! The girls that worked there were friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. It was organized and clean (which is something i always look at before I order anything), and it had a comfortable atmosphere. We ordered 5 to go, and took a little taste of each when we got home. The red velvet was delicious...the cake was perfect, the golden cupcake had a nice vanilla flavor, devils food had good rich chocolate flavor, the carrot was moist and tasty, and the peanut butter was my least favorite but still good. The frosting on all of them had nice texture and taste. The banana pudding was creamy and delicious too!! I think this adorable little shop is soooo much better then Magnolia!! I found Magnolia cupcakes to be dry and tastless and their frosting tasted like crisco and sugar.....yuck!! Magnolia's staff was unfriendly, sloppy and robotic, and decor was boring. The Little Cupcake bakeshop is well worth the visit. I look forward to going back and tasting more of their yummy treats!!
- Cons: parking
