“What's the big deal with all these designer labels which are overpriced if the staff picks and choices who she wants to be nice to and help?”
“There is a great store in the Heights where I have recently bought 2 pairs of sigerson morrison shoes, a hobo wallet, 2 pairs of jeans and 4 dresses.”
“Our neighborhood in Cobble Hill is small, so its confusing why the owner thinks that people will continue to go back to her shop, when there are plenty of great shops in our neighborhood that certainly better.”
“They are rude, rude, rude.”

Editorial Review. A Cobble Hill boutique with the high-end labels and personalized service to rival any store in Manhattan.
Poor Customer Service. The clothes are nice however you can find these designers in Saks or other boutiques without the attitude from the Sales help. It is a shame that her Sales has so much attitide and rather talk on the phone instead of doing their job. When I spend $300.00 on a pair of pants I expect the Sales person to be helpful or nice. Sorry it just isn't worth it to shop there
Personalized shopping. These women are honest! They will tell you if something does not look good on you. I appreciate the honesty. All of the girls there have good taste, and they want you to look your best. I have had many bad experiences where sales people have lied and said something looked good on me just to make a sale, and at this store I feel confident that what I am buying is great. It is worth the high end prices, I feel good in everything I buy there.
For the record.
After reading the reviews on here I was actually hesitant to go into this shop, but a friend and I were in Cobble Hill this past week and we stopped in. The merchandise was out of my price range, but for the record the staff was very nice to me even after I told them I wouldnt be buying anything that day.( A lot of the dresses were on the short side which isnt really my thing.)
I think people should keep in mind when wrting these reviews that sales people have bad days too, I am in the service industry and we cant be mind readers, so if you need help.. ask.
My experience was overall a pleasant one.
Keep on walking.... This store has pretty good merchandise. They carry great brands and the owner obviously knows her stuff and has a great sense of style herself. The real issue with this otherwise lovely establishment is the staff. They are rude, rude, rude. There are several women's clothing stores in the neighborhood and in the slope where women go out of their way to help the customers. I think these sales women are in a competition with each other to see who can repel the most customers. I actually went in there, and the sales woman played with her dog (cute little apricot poodle-ish thing) the whole time and didn't even acknowledge me. It is to the point that if I walk by and don't see the owner in the store, I keep on walking. There is a great store in the Heights where I have recently bought 2 pairs of sigerson morrison shoes, a hobo wallet, 2 pairs of jeans and 4 dresses. They smile and say hello when I walk in. Enough said.
not much to brag about. THis store may have designer labels but this establishment as far as service and shopping atmosphere was very dissapointing. What's the big deal with all these designer labels which are overpriced if the staff picks and choices who she wants to be nice to and help? Numerous amounts of times thst I wanted to consider buying something at this shop and I had to put it back bc the attitude of the salepeople were horrible. Smiling doesn't hurt does it?
