looking for a super stylist?. in terms of hair dressers i'm totally addicted and completely devoted to woodley and bunny's newest addition, stylist/colorist owen gould.

seriously, i wont let anyone else near my head.

not only has he been able to tame my crazy white girl 'fro but he has given me buttery blondes and beautiful brunettes to boot!

in my 7 year relationship with this stylist we've had many a great adventure in cut and color.

no matter what direction we decide to go in i always leave owen's chair feeling super fly.

he knows the right cutting techniques and products to give me luscious layered curls.

when i'm feeling a bit more conservative i go to owen for a classic blow-out which, thanks to his great talent, leaves my hair bouncy, sleek and smooth.

owen is a great guy...i dare say he's dangerously hip.

he is always coiffed to perfection himself and knows insticitively how to make a client feel comfortable and beautiful.

you can trust him with your hair no matter the texture or thickness.

he will listen to your needs and help you choose a style/color that reflects your personality and perspective.

whether you're and tattooed indie chic or a wall street money mogul owen's cuts and colors will help you to express your own personal style.

you can count on loving the finished product and perhaps even falling in love with owen himself...i know i have.

Welcome to W'Burg, Sasha!. Sasha joins Woodley & Bunny! Sasha has been cutting my hair for several years now on the Upper East Side, and I feel immensely lucky to have found her. She is truly a sculptor- an artist, in general. She strikes the essential but incredibly challenging balance of being both cutting-edge and classy, which has been essential for my specific double life: working in finance by day and being an artist/graduate student at night. When I leave the salon I could go to an opening reception at the Whitney or go to a graffiti party downtown, and this kind of versatility is rare and fantastic. Sasha, herself, is young, painfully hip, and radical, but is incredibly professional and knows how to tailor a cut to meet her customers’ particular needs. And for you intellectual types looking for more than just a hair dresser, she is one of the most unassumingly intelligent people I know, whether you are into discussing French existentialism, Russian Film, or the best kind of bike to buy to ride around the city--- she always has something interesting to say. For the best cut and conversation in town, I recommend Sasha without qualification. So glad she’s now styling in Williamsburg…seems like a good fit for her!

Sasha = amazing. I have been getting my hair cut at a different salon for a over a year and lately have been leaving less than pleased. A friend suggested I go see Sasha at Woodley and Bunny; She is THE BEST. She really worked with my hair texture and kept the length that I was holding on to.

She changed my hair just enough to give me the confidence I needed and I have been receiving compliments ever since my visit to Woodley & Bunny. Sasha is super sweet and has great style. GO SEE HER!

I will definitely be back.

I won't let anyone touch my hair but Sasha. For years, I have been going from hair stylist to hair stylist. I've often left unsatisfied because I felt like many stylists don't listen to what you want, but do what they want. I was referred to Sasha through a friend and haven't looked back since. She is AMAZING! Not only do I leave feeling like a rock star every time, but she really listens and works with my hair texture. She is extremely knowledgeable of products that will work for me and is always trying to find a good price on products for me. She is truly a gem! I won't ever let another stylist touch my hair after having Sasha!!!!

Sasha is the best!. For years I would hesitate to get haircuts in fear of having them take too much! Sasha listened to what I wanted and through her experience suggested to cut my hair dry as a great way to cut fine hair. I have been wanting to do a bang and she was able to do it in a way that I can also sweep it to the side when I want a different look. I lOVE IT, thank you Sasha.

LOVE this salon!. I've been going to this salon for almost a year now. This is the first time in years that I've actually gone to get my haircut at a proper salon. I go to Erika, and she's AMAZING. I have quite challenging hair being that it's been bleached platinum blonde for many years and difficult to manage. But, Erika has been wonderful by helping with the maintenance of it and has always given me excellent haircuts. She's even helped turn the condition of my bleached hair around. The rest of the staff there are equally as lovely. This salon is highly recommended!!!

worst haircut of my life. I have never been so upset about a hair cut. I called and was told that Jessica was good with curly hair and all I wanted was a trim. She cut my hair straight across. My 1 inch off turned into 3-4:( I think my 7th grade embarrassing hair cut was finally topped. My summer picture were ruined-thanks... The rudeness of her service was just topping on the cake-totally do not recommend!!

Sasha Fierce. Sasha's been cutting my hair for 3 years and I will not let anyone else touch it-- She can cut my hair with her eyes closed and I'd trust her! Won't go anywhere else.

Go Woodley. Having gone to several salons in BK before W and B, i've seen the other options around and Woodley is far and above the best. Great atmosphere, awesome people and just as much fun while you're waiting for you're cut as it is to get one!

Tommy always cuts my hair, always kills it and just adds to the pleasure of being there. By far my favorite cuts that i can remeber getting!!
