I took the bull by the horns.. I was given the gift of an in-home session of meditation and a massage by some good friends. It's been a rough year and the wear and tear was showing in some not-so-healthy ways. The folks at Beautiful Fitness deliver and in several unexpected and refreshing ways. Their massage therapist was awesome- he was unassuming, professional and made me feel relaxed and at home, right in my OWN home! The meditation session was the big surprise. I was skeptical of what could be accomplished in one session but in the hands of my instructor (a gal who's grasp of her job would put most Wall St CEO's to shame) I allowed myself the luxury of release and relaxation. I write to say that this visit prompted me to purchase a series of meditation visits and am feeling the (not-so-subtle) positive benefits that led meditation brings. I am impressed with the caliber of instructors and customer relations Beautiful Fitness offers. They are the best.…

Wonderful service. Hiring Beautiful Fitness is the best decision I have ever made for my physical and mental health. My trainer has instilled so much self confidence in me and has made me really believe that I can change the way I feel and look. She is extremely well qualified and well versed in fitness training and is constantly looking to avoid any kind of physical challenges I may have with my back . By improving my physical health I have also achieved strong mental health which has provided me with the coping skills I needed to face all that life dishes out, good and bad...and the best thing about it is that my trainer comes to my home!…

Excellent service!. The massage was incredible! I've had a bad back for sometime now and I get a lot of massages from all types of spas and salon. But I have to say, Beth from Beautiful Fitness was by far the best!! She was incredible. I was so relaxed after 1 hour that I didn't want her to stop. I felt I was on vacation in Bali with no worries.

It was door to door service from Beth. She came to my apt promptly at 8pm. She was courteous and extremely professional. The total experience is wonderful. I think I'm going to get one every week. :) Highly recommend Beth. Although I hear Beautiful Fitness has other wonderful massage therapists as well. But I think I'll stick with Beth - can't go wrong here. :)…
