“The frito pie is amazing.”
“Personally, I like this bar because of the cheeseballs, and the fact that you can get hot cheese dip, and you can get that hot cheese dip at.”
“They have inexpensive beer, awesome comfort food, the most diverse jukebox, and a really loving staff (which is hard to find here) who really want you to feel welcome and have a good time.”

This place is great!. I came to this bar when it wuz Kokie's and when it was that other place before it was the Levee, and it's awesome now. They have all kinds of beer, decent prices and a good pour.It gets pretty crowded now, so I guess the good service is catching on. It's way busier than it was before. This place is my home away from home, and the owners are cool - from Texas. The frito pie is amazing. Anybody that misses the dj nights should know that a good neighborhood bar doesn't need that kind of bs to be cool, even in williamsburg.
Wa happen dude?.
the cool sexy vibe is gone? i use to love the dance parties and the dj nights?
looks like only locals that need a bath. nice to have a cheap beer once in awhile but need some more quality booze.no crowds like before where did they all go?
Chill spot. Popped in for a few this weekend, hadn't been there since it was Antique Lounge - A definite improvemet . AL was kinda stuffy , Levee is more chill , down to earth I supposed is the word . Good jukebox , and the getting harder to find pool table . Cool place to bring a date, bonus points for serving Lone Star !!!
My favorite bar. For a new bar, the Levee has become my new home. While everything is getting pretentious in this neighborhood, the Levee is the place I go that makes me feel comfortable and want to party at the same time. They have inexpensive beer, awesome comfort food, the most diverse jukebox, and a really loving staff (which is hard to find here) who really want you to feel welcome and have a good time. Their free snack is endless bowls of cheeseballs and an array of lollipops to tide the smokers over. They really care about what the neighborhood wants and needs - a home away from home, and their pool table and board games are maintained to match the use they get. I've never felt like anyone's too-cool-for-school when I go there. It's a place where I can forget about all that and just relax and feel at home.
A frat-ish billiards haunt in a vintage setting..
In Short
A just-graduated crowd plays pinball and pool, or watches the game in the spacious former Antique Lounge. Holdovers from the old incarnation include tin ceilings, decorative stucco walls and velvet couches. The mismatched jukebox blares selections from Mötley Crüe, the Rolling Stones and Duran Duran. The on-tap beers include Yeungling and Brooklyn; also find Chimay Blue and Lone Star in bottles. Bar fare includes popcorn (non-gratis), chips and dip and Frito pie.
