Disappointing. Disappointing recent experience. I paid over $100 for an arrangement and delivery. The flowers arrived to the recipient in cloudy, murky water and with tired blooms. A leaf attached to one stem was brown, curled and dried up. I called the store the next day to relate the situation and was told their flowers would never go out like that. The only "compensation" offered was for me to bring the arrangement to the shop to have it inspected and if necessary, have some blooms replaced. I declined. Within two days the flowers were wilted and loosing petals. I will not do business with this establishment again.

Don't be confused...No males here!. Hi,

I actually worked at Zuzu's Petals for over 5 years and so I hope I won't sound too biased. I wanted to write mainly to address any of the reviews that mentioned a male staff member or owner. In those cases, they were not discussing Zuzu's Petals but a business 2 blocks away from the 5th avenue location. We have not had a male staff member in over two years (and he never had a notebook) and the owner is definitely not male!

I am sorry for those customers of ours that did not have a completely positive experience and I am grateful to those who did. We try hard to please our clients, but it doesn't always work out. What we hope for most is that your time at Zuzu's brightens your day,event, or occasion. For those who enjoy our flowers and arrangements, THANK YOU! And for those who did not, we're sorry we didn't meet your expectations.

Either way, please always take time to smell the flowers!

Love it!. I would get flowers from this shop from my boyfriend. Amazing bouqets I really love this flower shop!
