I agree. This target is absolutely awful, I like going to this mall as its 2 subway stops away from my apartment and i go to the starbucks thats in the 1st floor close to the subway, but i go to this target to buy some stuff from time to time and its absolutely disgusting, Its not that i am racist because most of my closest friends are black but this target employees some of the gutter type employees that i have ever seen, they are rude, they dont care to be there, its all messy and I cant believe after so much time they havent fixed this problem.

I love Target, but customer service here is HORRIBLE. I love the products Target has to offer and I shop here quite regularly, but when I visit the Flatbush store, I often wonder if I've mistakenly come to a zoo in stead. The employees are very rude, and it seems that their absolute last concern is to help their customers. WHAT ARE YOU GETTING PAID TO DO?! Management, reconsider your staff please.

No merchandise and messy store. Why is everything always sold out in this store? My friends and I went to this store on the second day it opened and took photos of each other laying on the empty shelves. I've gotten more help from the customers than the staff and the place is always dirty. However if you've ever been to the Astor Place KMart this place isn't so bad. They curse you out for looking at them in that store. I would imagine the reason why this store is a mess is because the regional managers ignore this store. They might think it's in an unsafe area of Brooklyn and they don't want to bother with it.

Terrible Target. I live in Manhattan and it would be a quick subway ride to this Target, where I would likely shop regularly, except for one thing: It s-cks! Dear Target: I love your stores and used to spend a lot of money there when I had a car. But now I have no car, so I don't get to the suburban stores very often. My only option if I want to shop with you is the Flatbush Ave store, but I don't because of the following:

1. Store is chronically understocked. I go with a list of pretty basic, ordinary household items, and I can find maybe half of them.

2. The staff: So unbelievably nasty and unhelpful, it's almost funny. Where do you find these kids? You're presumably drawing from the same labor pool as Bed, Bath and Beyond, yet their staff is always courteous and helpful. This is a lazy management problem: Train and supervise your staff! Your security staff is also incredibly rude. (I'm a native New Yorker, so I'm not expecting handholding and a big Southern love-in, just be polite and do your job.)

3. Store is often dirty: floors aren't clean, carts/baskets are filthy and broken, what merchandise there is on the shelves is messy.

4. Unlike almost every other Target I've been to, the shopping experience at the Flatbush store is more like going to K-Mart. Seriously.

In conclusion: We are in a recession; if I am willing to spend my hard-earned money at your store, don't treat me with contempt.

This Target should be shut down. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS TARGET I have always loved Target but I was astonished by the treatment I received at Flatbush Target. I tried to return an OBVIOUSLY defective, and for lack of better words, piece of sh** purse I bought at another Target. The purse literally began to fall apart, change colors, and practically disintegrate the day I bought it. I can't express more that this purse is seriously a cheap, defective piece of garbage that should have been recalled. Its new and it looks like I put it in a trash compactor then a pool of pirahnas then stomped on it then poured ugly paint on it. (!!!) Basically they completely ignored the obvious fact that it was simply a defective item and tried to tell me it was my fault the purse looked how it did. Even though they said themselves many other people had returned that same purse for the same reasons. They still refused me. I was furious and pretty much sensed they would not help me just to spite me even though helping me was no sweat off their backs, or money out of their wallets. I was very polite because I hate doing these sorts of things and honestly never do--I hate confronting salespersons, or waitresses, or anyone for that matter who is selling me something, unless it's REALLY BAD, like this purse. I have a BAD taste in my mouth now for Target and it's disapointing because I have always liked Target. Please--do not support Flatbush Target. They do not deserve business.

Horrendous Customer Service...Truly the Pits. I live very nearby to Target. It would be the most logical place for me to go to to purchase things that I need. I'd much rather get in my car and go to Manhattan then set foot in this dump. This Target is out of touch and out of line with the image and marketing I imagine corporate would like us to have of it.

Worst of all are the employees. Worst customer service skills ever. Inattentive, uncaring, immature, unknowledgeable and in experienced. When a place is great, I will praise it and refer people to it. This place is the pits.

Way off Target!. I love Target. Hell, who doesn't? But the Flatbush location is by far the worst Target I've ever been to. Long lines not withstanding, the staff here just doesn't care about their customers. I once called looking for an item and had to call back not once, not twice, but four times before the operator could finally connect me with the right department. My search for a bath rug landed me with the pharmacist, the electronics department and then the perfume counter. What in the world is going on here? Once at the store, if you have any questions, forget about it. Don't expect anything short of curt responses, blank looks or even some nasty remarks. And I'm a nice person too. Do I really need this from a place I've come to know and love? Where am I because this certainly isn't Target! If I didn't have to rely on this location for basic apt stuff, I would never go back again. Someone please overhaul this place! It gives Target a bad name. Awful, simply awful.

Seattle-based coffee chain lures caffeine addicts with upscale roasts, caramel frappuccinos, shaken iced teas and an extra shot of trendiness.. In Short
For many, getting their daily jolt of java has become a daily morning ritual, and the cardboard cup with its infamous green label is the close companion of every coffee aficionado. Busy baristas work seamlessly behind the bar, juggling orders for their strongly-brewed drips and signature hot and cool beverages. While providing a wide selection of coffee specialties, pastries and various coffee related goods, patrons are invited to settle down in comfy armchairs and enjoy their favorite brews amid the chatter of the laidback yet caffeinated crowd.

Good store, except on weekends. While this store is generally a good Target location, stay far away on weekends, which is when stock is low or all over the floor, crowds are impassable and angry and the incompetent staff members are hiding in the electronics section watching TV together. Typical Brooklyn big box middle-management mistakes.
