Beautiful items, bad customer service. I love the items she makes, they are absolutely beautiful and I have no problems with the items themselves but I recently placed an order directly with the company and the customer service leaves much to be desired.

I got the catalogs without any problems and quick responses when I placed an order. The order indicated a date by which the items would ship and I waited for the items. I called and emailed when the date approached and was told it is not yet the date so wait longer, I'll get an email when the items ship. The date passed and still nothing. I ended up emailing and was told one is ready but the other had to be remade due to an error. I asked for 1 of the pillows to be shipped and I received it without a problem. In that same email I was told they are hoping to receive the pillow the next day. 9 days passed, no response, I emailed and no response so I called again. The person on the phone was argumentative and told me they always take 8 - 10 weeks and they are too busy to let every customer know when the promised date is not being met. He also indicated they use 8 weeks to be optimistic. I asked why not use 10 weeks because I'd rather have my pillow than hoping to have my pillow. He told me he has no way to tell when my 2nd pillow would arrive, h clearly did not sympathize and I hung up the phone thinking to myself I would not deal directly with the company again.

Buy from companies that stock their items, you get the items which are beautiful without the hassel and feeling as if you are begging a favor from the company. Skip the custom order.

Incredible, incredible, incredible!. We fell in love with Ms. Stanoff's style and work years ago. It was terrific to see that manifested in distinctive, personalized centerpieces created for a very special event our wedding. Guests were in awe of her work, it touched many people and they still talk about the pieces to this day. Ms. Stanoff's work evokes warming, relaxing & transcendent moods even when in the midst of our frenzied and demanding schedules. Her work translated into everyday utilitarian pieces are a joy to own because one can enjoy the pleasure of inspiring art while in the midst of their own home and space.
