Rude and Shady. High pressure, very rude, unreasonable. It was a very unpleasant experience. They are very quick to take your money before even filing any paperwork, and will insult you if you hesitate to commit right away. I don't trust anyone who refuses to let me show a lease to my lawyer before signing it.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

WORST REALTY SERVICE. I wish I could give this place no stars. I called to find out about two units. The gentleman who picked up the phone seemed as though he had just woken up (it was noon) and he seemed bothered that I wanted to see apartments. And, then the guy yelled at me when I told him I had the ID # for the apartments I wanted to see he could look them up. He said, "THAT'S NOT WHAT I ASKED YOU!"

The apartments always look to good to be true on their website. And, their treatment of their clients is terrible. Please get out of business, change management, or start treating people like you actually want to do business with them.

Terrible agency.

ALL THESE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. Check out the names of the reviewers and you'll see a pattern (a name followed by 4 numbers), they're posted on a consistent schedule, and they're consistent in the writing style. They all sound too good to be true for a reason - they were all written by the same person, obviously not in the business of creative writing, but in the business of deceit.

Look carefully at your lease, especially the part about leasing fees.

talked the talk, and walked it pretty good too. I originally spoke with Tony on the phone and he was incredibly polite and helpful. He set me up with Lawrence who is a bit of a fast talker but was very clear, honest and efficient. Each apartment shown was done so without pressure and was what we were looking for.

Finding a place came easy after we sat down and figured out what would work and what wouldn't. I moved in just about 2 weeks ago and haven't had any problems yet. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Down to Business. I was pretty on and off when it came to seriously looking for a place until a few weeks ago but they were there to answer any questions via email or phone.

They were incredibly patient and aided me in searching for exactly what i wanted. Everyone at the office seemed to know their job well while having their own approach at the game (I worked with 3 different people there). The one thing I really like was that they made it clear that they weren't there to waste my time and provided me with all the information necessary.

time is on my side. Very friendly, honest, thorough. Went out of their way to help us find something within our budget. Great web site that was easy to navigate and cut a lot of unnecessary travel and hassle out of our search.

1 day service. We NEEDED to find an apt in 3 days. With these guys we found it in one day. They were originally recommended to me from my previous landlord after a deal fell through with another place at the last minute. I'm really glad they lived up to my expectations. It was a real pleasure to work them.

nice variety. Saw a good variety of apartments, was comfortable working within my price point. Lots of listings at once made for an efficient search.
