The beloved Smith Street record store has taken its merchandise to DUMBO, minus the cafe and bar. Halycon stocks CDs, local artwork and T-shirts and tops designed by Brooklyn labels Left Field, 10 Deep and Same. But the focus remains its standout collection of new and used vinyl for virtually every subgenre filed under dance music. Prices can be a bit higher than at other stores, but the selection makes it worth it.
