customer service/placement of merchandise. I frequent this store. While overall there are some good things to find, the way in which they place the items out on the racks is not a good practice. Its hard to shop when they are constantly putting things out as you select your merchandise. Also when it comes to the handbags, they need a better system. They need to price them the night before and place them on the racks at night this way when they open up the store, everyone can pick/choose which ones they want rather than gather around when the cart comes out. From a business standpoint, it makes sense to put out the handbags in the morning as opposed to the afternoon, it cuts your profit and people often dont have ALL DAY TO WAIT!!!!
