Italian coffee, almost healthy milkshakes and a little after-dark sin.

Nice Atmosphere. I went here a couple of times for happy hour and it was nice. If you get the early enough you can partake of the free buffet which wasn't bad. The staff was cool and the music was nice and not too loud until it got crowded. Had fun and definitely recommend it.

Nicest staff, ever!. Not only are the drinks yummy, the decor lovely, and the themes fun - the staff is made up of some of the kindest, most friendly people ever! My friend and I went for Sunday, karaoke night (the songs are free, btw) and we met everyone on staff. One of the bartenders gave us a free shot because my friend had the same birthday. The other bartender was just totally sweet. And the cook came up to us, introduced himself, then told us that the kitchen was open and he'd love to make us some food. Just really classy and kind.

It's like hanging out with someone's family. Definitely check it out!

Terrible Mojitos. Excited to find out they have a gay night. I hope they keep it up, but they need to learn how to make mojitos. Sugary water with specks of green don't count. The staff was very friendly though.

thursdays and fridays. Thursdays are nice here. You get to chill with a nice afterwork crowd over some drinks (mango martini!!!), and the DJ plays some good music. Fridays are like Thursdays - except at a more accelerated pace. The manager himself, Oscar, goes behind the DJ table to spin some hits with the others. Gotta big up Tika, the Friday bartender. She's cool as heck! Can't forget about the pool table in the back - good to kill some time.

Chocolate Monkey Rules. In my opinion... it's the best place to hang out in all of Brooklyn. Every night is a "Theme Night" at the CM. The owners are great and Every night is a fun night... especially Sundays!!!

Great Comedy Show and if I told you the price... you would say I'm a liar. Just go...

Italian coffee, almost healthy milkshakes and a little after-dark sin.. The Scene
From the people behind Muddy Waters Tea & Espresso in Prospect Heights comes a minimalist espresso bar and lounge with a bit of Flatbush Avenue flavor. The name comes from the milkshake-like signature drink of bananas and Italian mocha, just one of a list that includes a Blueberry Blast and Breakfast Shake with fruit, juice and organic granola. An all-glass storefront with lively yellow walls makes the tall room feel sunny and spacious.

The Draw
The exacting nature of the quality-conscious owner ensures that each drink is prepared to rigorous standards. She imports coffee and chocolate herself from Italy and is meticulous about keeping things up to snuff. Caffeine isn't the only vice here. When the evening settles in, the coffee gets spiked--order what pleases from the fully stocked bar. Occasional events range from live jazz to fashion sample sales, plus spoken-word artists on Monday evenings and karaoke on Tuesday nights.
