This is the studio to go to!

The beauty about this studio is that not only can you get a great session in Pilates, Gyrotonic and Migun massage, each teacher is unique so that the experiene is different even when doing the same method with different teachers. That being said, the teachers work closely with one another so that one is always informed about what I did with the other teachers and creates my experience around that! I have tried many other studios where the teachers seemed to all work in a vaccum so I quickly lost interest.

I was very out of shape and with many aches and pains when I came to Elisa's studio, and now I truly feel like my body is ready for anything else I want to try.

What else can I say? The studio is beautiful, the staff is great as is the community that they have attracted!

Excellent instructors, lovely studio, and friendly environment

I love going to Elisa's studio. Everyone I have worked with there is knowledgable and fits the workout to my needs. The environment is nothing but positive. Going there reinforces my belief that Pilates is the best thing you can do for your body, and in the case of Elisa's studio, your mind.

Look no further!!

It's impossible to sum up how amazing Elisa is! She isn't just a great teacher, she is a master at Pilates. She takes one look at me and knows exactly what I need to work on. This fall will make it four years of working with her and I would never think of going to anyone else. I began going to her incredible Williamsburg studio when I lived in far out Brooklyn and New Jersey. Now I come from Manhattan - twice a week. I'd have it no other way! I've never been in better shape or felt as good about myself. Run to the phone and book yourself a session - you won't regret it.
