Terrible Cupcakes. I went to DA since my normal cupcake place (Betty's Bakery) was closed. I had high hopes since DA is well reviewed on this site and there were others inside also buying treats. However, the terrible-ness of the cupcakes has prompted me to write my first-ever City Search review. They were just horrid! The cake was stale and the "vanilla" (it didn't really have any flavor) buttercream was miserable. I ordered four different cupcakes and the only redeeming thing about the four was that one had some chocolate ganache icing which wasn't too bad. Definitely look elsewhere (Betty's - a few doors down) for better goodies.…
EXCELLENT CUPCAKES!!!!!!. I was a little apprehensive about this place seeing as I am not a fan of too many places in Brooklyn, however I was proven wrong. The food was excellent, especially the cupcakes from the bakery. However, I have to say that it was our waiter that made our visit. Not only was he really nice, he was hilarious and personable. If he is still working there, definitely reccomend the waiter with the long blonde hair…
Good Local. I have been to DA a lot of times. The food is pretty reliable and the staff is quite friendly. It's not the best food but the prices are good and, as I said, they have a nice welcoming atmosphere.

Wonderful Standby But Service Is Slacking.... Please, please stay in our good graces. Delicious food. Family friendly atmosphere. Great Value! Wonderful menu. We could linger here forever. There used to be the most amazing server named Tim who is no longer their.
