My friend recommended this restaurant, so I gave it a try last night. I found nice casual outdoor dining and a nicer outdoor bar area. The food is good and the outdoor ambiance was just as good. The waitress we had was sweet. Patience is necessary as I was told that all food was cooked to order. That was fine, since I was able to enjoy a couple of those fancy frozen drinks I saw others sipping on at the bar. My choice, the frozen marguerita! If you have time and you aren't looking for just a meal, but a night out, then this is your place. The whole experience is what my rating is based upon. I will be back!

I have dined at Celementes a few times and always like the food. I mainly go for the crabs and the affordable drinks. However, the past couple of times that I visited, I experienced terrible service! The host was very nice and tried his best to seat us promptly, but the servers were awful. Once we were seated we waited 35 minutes for someone to just take our order - despite me asking 4 separate servers for help. My water was only filled once - again I had to ask twice and the entire time I felt ignored. To get cocktail sauce - I actually had to walk to the kitchen and ask for it myself. I also wouldn't recommend this place for families. There were numerous customers that were trashed INSIDE the restaurant - swearing, falling all over the place and no one did anything - they appeared to be friends with management. The food is great, the view is great, but the service and ambiance is horrific.
