Suds connoisseurs will no doubt find their jaws dropping at the astonishing array of imported beers chilling in the nearly store-length fridge. Said jaws may actually detach and hit the floor once the price tags are spotted. It's more likely the staff member you interacted with was dead tired from working at a place where so many people enjoy shopping. Since the day it opened, Bierkraft has served up not only the finest, freshest selection of beeyas in the tri-state, but a friendly attitude as well. I support my local bodega, but when you want to go beer shopping, there's no other choice.
Bierkraft rocks.

Incredibly overpriced, and the salesperson I interacted with was downright rude. Go to the deli next door - they have a decent selection and its half the price.

Big Bottles of Beer!!!

This is one of the reasons Brooklyn is awesome. In addition to the mind boggling amount of beer, there is a huge cheese selection, and tons of chocolate. The people there obviously care a lot about what they're selling, and you can spend hours talking to the folks behind the cheese counter. They just started selling seasonal or specialty beer by the big bottle, and you bring in your big bottle and fill it up, then bring it back for more when it's empty! The world is a better place for this.

- Cons: not open late enough
