rudeness awaits. I heard her scream and yell at a customer on the phone after she was told to hold and instead the customer called back. No "I'm sorry it took so long" or " thank you for calling back" . Instead a tirade of I told you to hold. I was in the store at the time and could not believe my ears.

Aisles lined with bins of yarn--from inexpensive acrylics to fancy angora blends, mohair and novelty yarns--and fully-documented knitting samples give this clean, roomy store a no-nonsense look. Behind an alcove of needles and hooks, pattern books and magazines overflow a side wall, while buttons and other notions are stationed across the way. Instructors regularly offer a wide variety of classes for all levels (including Beginning Knitting for Men, Crocheting for Knitters and Advanced Sock Knitting) on the premises.
