Worst Customer Service

Needed To Rent a car when my car was in the shop. Came in took about 20 minutes for anyone to notice me the customer service there was horrible they didn't now what cars they had in stock and no one knew how to answer any questions.
IF you want some good customer service and Don't want to waste your time waiting in a chair DO NOT COME HERE...
