Bay Ridge location is TERRIBLE!

Don't go to the store at 8702 Third Ave in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn if you want competent, polite service. While we were there last night, we had to tear the staff away from their cellphones to get them to wait on us, saw people return minutes after getting their ice cream because they were given the wrong thing, and heard one staffer repeatedly act like she was having an orgasm -- while there were kids in the store! When one mom complained to the manager, he rudely said, "What, she's not cursing. What did she say? 'Oh baby.'" This store just doesn't get it. Go to nearby Cold Stone or Carvel instead; you'll be MUCH happier!

i work for an uncle louie g's....... and i do not work on 7th ave i refuse to worke there with those snotty lazy good for nothing girls. there piggs. that store should be shut down its so discusting. i will never step foot i that dump aigen

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO UNCLE LOUIE G'S FOR ABOUT 8 YRS NOW. I THINK EVERYONE IS WONDERFUL THERE ... THEY ALWAYS SMILE AND OFFER ME SAMPLES WHICH MY KIDS LOVE AS WELL MY DOG.

I THINK THE FLAVORS ARE AMAZING AND I CANT WAIT TO SEE WHAT THEY COME OUT WITH NEXT !!

snotty workers on 7th ave brooklyn

I ordered two shakes, because my younger son got his tonsils out...So I said "can I have 2 chocolate shakes",....the snotty worker said "10 dollars", not "that will be 10 $ please"...I guess she wanted to see if I really wanted them being that I never had a 5$ shake....I guess people are taken aback by the excessively High price of a shake ,I dont know,but ,like I said ,my son got his tonsils out so he needed to eat...I live 4 blocks away, and to top it off , they had no bags or lids great tasting shakes ,but terrible not courteous staff
