I ordered 2 doz roses to be delivered. They were at their destination only an hour or so later fresh and beautiful ..thanks again guys for all you do for me :)

Appalling customer service - AVOID!!. I placed an order for flower delivery and waited until the late afternoon on the day to chase it up, was told by someone who didn't even bother to check the delivery details that it would arrive within the hour yet two hours later it had yet to arrive...I then called again to be told it would take another 30 minutes - no surprises when it still didn't show up. My Fiance (the delivery was meant to be for his birthday) then called to be told that they had a new driver who was 'lost', obviously alongside not being able to read a map he couldn't use a 'phone to call us and tell us he was running late either.Initiative maybe isn't something they look for in new staff...

At present the flowers are apparently going to arrive tomorrow, having spent over 24 hours in a van, kind of ruining the whole birthday delivery idea.

Do not be fooled by the promises of great service on the website like I was , I could have flown from London and delivered this quicker myself...What a joke.
