They are crooks! STAY AWAY.
they will try to sell you expensive services you do not need. Worse they will charge more money then they advertised (for the work you did not need).

They are crooks!. Guaranteed they'll tell you you need something done. I went to dealer 2 months ago and no problems. After I told them, they "ran out" of inspections stickers. Unbelievable, and found out the place I did get my inspection sticker my brake rotors are "really cheap" which I got from them a few months ago.

THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!.
I just went there over the weekend for my State Inspection. They listed whole bunch of things I needed to do to my car (ie. tune up, transmit ion oil change, emission, coolant flush...) the cost came to $413. I was shocked by the price. Then I found the package specials they posted on the office's window wall with all the things they wanted to do to my car for $255. I brought the issue up with the manager. His reply was he gave me another package that was for $200. The difference between the $255 and the $200 package was the Tuneup. Then I said fine, give me the $200 and add $140 Tuneup that was listed and I am still not paying $413. He refused to do that because the $140 price was part of a package. Then I looked again at the difference between the package. It was the emissions. So I asked the manager what is the retail price for the emissions? He said $60. So I told him to change my charge to the $255 package and the $60. He argued that won't give me a better price but reluctantly changed the price. While waiting for the work to be done, I read the package listing again. The $140 Tuneup charge is the regular retail price.
The manager also told me that I needed to change all four struts on my car because they were rusted. I didn't trust them so I decline the work to be done by them. I went to Direct Drive Diagnostic Center located at 1801 53rd street, Brooklyn. They checked my car out and said my car is in good condition. I don't need to replace them at all. I saw the struts. They had little rust on them. Then we discover that the Bay Parkway Auto Plaza didn't change my coolants even though they charged me for the service. I will not go there again.
