Dumbo's best kept secret. My friends and I discovered Low Bar one evening after attending one of Halcyon's events in Dumbo. It's below Rice Restaurant and we wouldn't have known it was there if we hadn't stopped in for a snack. It's dark, sexy, Asian inspired atmosphere was just what we were looking for. The drinks were delicious and reasonably priced, and the food was yummy, definetly try the shrimp dumplings! The bartender was cute and sweet and played an eclectic variety of good music.
