Good Customer Service Managers.
I was searching for a pasta maker which when researched on line it was suppose to be at the store. When I called the store I was told that it was not in stock, so I asked to speak with a Customer Service Manager and that is when I became very please even though they did not have my item in stock, I could feel her genuine concern. I just go a call telling me that my item is now in the store. Happy is to say the least, I love professionalism. Thank you.
