I have no words to thank Mike for the quick response to my phone call on last thursday ( May 21st 2009 ). We were stranded with the last minute note from our landlord to move before the weekend and we called around town to over 12 other movers. Some with short temper and others were book and impolite. We got to book mike and the crew were in front of my Condo befor 8:00 am. The entire process was quick and affordable.

Just a note to let you know how very happy I was with the movers who came out for the November 25 2008 move from New York to New Jersey. Specifically I appreciated how efficient they were, helpful and timely. I was very satisfied with how quickly they moved everything and how careful they were. I was impressed with how they positioned the truck at a very efficient angle to load and unload my belongings. I also appreciated how they asked me where I wanted things and adjusted everything to meet my needs. I have to tell you, a couple of things that specifically stood out was how My Son broke down a dresser I needed to take out to the dumpster into small pieces to fit inside the metal can and Mike came to help me. I just happened to notice because I was taking out some trash at the time. I didn't ask him to do that and I thought that was exceptionally thoughtful and professional. Also, James heard me drop something as I was taking a box out to the car and he diligently came over to assist. They both displayed excellent customer service skills and I would definitely recommend your company to anyone else I know in the future who needs movers. Also, thank you for answering all my questions and helping me feel confident in using your company. I did get a good feeling about you and your company over the phone. I am pleased in every aspect and I just wanted you to know that. Thank you again for your help and sending out such great movers

All I can say is WOW. After losing my mom to cancer I was completely lost. Speaking to your office staff and getting my mom??????s things moved to family members made life much easier for all of us. Thank you for your understanding and especially for your professionalism.
