Horrible, Disrespectful and Unprofessional!. I had ordered flowers for Valentine's Day to be sent to a friend and they never got there. When I called throughout the day to inquire about the order, they would hang up on me or tell me that it was on the way. As I said before, it never got there. I am currently in the process of trying to get a refund and they refuse to even talk to me or give me a refund. They continue to ignore me then hang up, I am so shocked it is a shame. Also, there phone line and fax is mixed up and it is hard to even reach them. They ripped me off of $90 plus the shame and embarassment of having nothing sent to a close friend after she sent something to me for Valentine's.
