I've bought several pieces from Gothic; bookcases, chests, and a table. With all the quality of workmanship has been excellent, the people I have talked with have been knowledgeable and pleasant. I certainly will buy more from Gothic when the need arises. I am very satisfied with this firm.

All of my dealings with Gothic Cabinet Craft have been quite satisfying. I am even considering having your company construct custom cabinetry along two walls of my apartment, involving Murphy Beds, workstations, cabinetry and shelving.

Amazingly poor and incompetent service. I ordered a bed from Gothic at Halloween and was promised delivery in 3 weeks. After multiple calls they finally set a delivery date in six weeks later in mid-December. I gathered some friends to help me unload the shipment, then sent them home when the wrong furniture was delivered. It took me several days to get Gothic to respond at which point they promised to send out a shipper to deliver my correct order and pick up the mistaken delivery. This was supposed to happen the first week of January. They never showed. After several angry calls, they were supposed to come the following week. Again, they never showed. This happened four more times and I haven’t seen my order yet. I’ve had to take several days off work in order to be home just so I could get stood up. Gothic has repeatedly lied to me and made promises they’ve never honored – three months after ordering my bed I’m still waiting for it to be delivered! Gothic doesn’t seem to care, so I’ve reversed the charges on my Visa and I’m shopping elsewhere. Avoid this incompetent and dishonest organization at all costs.
