Food is really good. Service is great if you come on a non busy day. Prices are OUTRAGEOUS!LY HIGH!!!

New york has the best and the worst dining experiences. On our visit, we were treated by rude and inattentive service cold food (grilled lamb), and SMOKING that management refused to address despite our repeated requests. Management conceded that there were smokers in our room and offered to move us to a different room where there was supposedly no smoking (there was plenty). We were moved to a table with no glasses for water, or napkins and summarily ignored for the next 15 minutes by staff. When we asked to speak to the manager, he did not want to come to our table. We went to him and he stated that the patrons were too drunk for him to do anything. To add insult to injury, there was no adjustment to the bill or any other concessions made. I wouldn't go here again if I was starving and it was the last place on earth. At best, if I were a smoker and wanted a place I knew I could smoke without being asked to stop, I would go here knowing I was in for cold food and terrible service. The other reviews on this site are clearly written by management and friends. Appalling.
