Worst customer service. EVER.. Worst customer service. EVER. At first, I thought this place was great. The furniture is good. I bought it and like it. But the day for the delivery was the biggest mess!!! The delivery guy was worse than rude and unhelpful. He was a huge jerk. When I called the store owner in the middle of it, he told me that the guy could just load his furniture back up, bring it back to the store and he'd uncharge my credit card. NOT WHAT I WANTED. I just wanted the delivery guys to bring the furniture to the second floor of my house and not leave it my front hall. I was more than happy to pay the additional twenty dollars, and I was more than aware of the cost. I ENDED UP HELPING the one helpful guy carry it up myself AND paying him to do it. The other guy? He cussed me out, wouldn't let me tip his colleague and then asked me if I was pregnant. If I were pregnant, wouldn't he want to do all he could to help carry my furniture into my house? Instead of shouting at me from inside of his car to "just take the drawers out...it's light enough to carry". WTF? Delivery FAIL. Never ever ever going back here.
