Beautiful flowers, artfully presented. Rosebud's flowers are really dreamy and unusual! I highly recommend the arrangements and bouquets - the flowers are gorgeous, well-chosen, and arranged with care. The shop is nice, with a selection of plants and gifts - and one look at the flowers will make you realize this is a special place! I brought a big arrangement of flowers from Rosebud to a party and the hostess later told me that they lasted FOREVER and were the most beautiful flowers she had ever seen!

No charge for the bonus snobbery!. I called the store to discuss ordering a floral arrangement. It was to cheer up a friend and I was looking for a way to maybe inject some humor into the arrangement. Instead of accepting the challenge to be creative, I was told "We are a VERY high end store and our reputation is based on our work" and was told to go somewhere else. The nerve!

Grade F for customer service.
