Best manicure ever!!. The manicure I received here was the best... Everyone here is very professional and know what they are doing. The staff is also very attentive and are constantly asking if you would like something to eat or drink. I plan on coming back next week for a pedicure too!!

Manhattan service done with brooklyn prices!!!!!!!. I came here with a group of my friends to get our hair done for my birthday party. the staff was really nice and did our hair exactly as we asked for. While getting our hair done we were being served champagne, wine and coffee for free which is only something i have seen being done in the city only the prices are much more affordable!!! the decor of the salon is absolutely beautiful... i would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great haircut or blowout or updo. they did a fantastic job!

Never do your hair at this place!!!. I had a haircut done by some Serge. He did a very bad job. All i wanted was to get my hair trimmed for my birthday party. The guy completely ignored whatever i was telling him, he seemed to be occupied by his own problems. He chopped off all my hair, did some crazy layers when i specificly said i did not want layers. Can't wait till it grows back. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. He didn't even give me a magazin, though i asked him for it at least twice to show him my usual hair style.Dont be fooled by fancy decor, they dont know how to do thier job. They try to fit as many customers as they can in 30 min window and dont spend any time listening to you requests.

One the worst haircut. Had a haircut by some Serge,really bad and pricey.He didn't get what I was trying to explain,he looked his mind was busy with something else.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone,too much money for nothing.

Best Salon Yet. I went to Delaqua salon for spa week for the first time. I was recommended there by a friend. It was absolutely amazing! I was a little bit intimidated at first, but as soon as I got through the door the salespeople (sveta) were so friendly! They made me feel right at ease. My facial was extremely high quality. After my visit I will definitely be switching my regular aesthetician to tatiana. Overall I fell in love with the atmosphere, service, and products. I even bought my mom a gift certificate for mother day.

I was sexually insulted by a massuer. I have known this place for more than five years. Regularly visited their hair stylists, nail specialists and the masseur. You can imagine my shock when the masseur started "massaging" me in ALL inappropriate places. Trust me, it was not incidental. I could not talk about it for almost a year and the reason why i decided to speek-up is because the owner never fired the masseur. I have spoken to the owner (Alex) and he tried to promote some of his services for free. I could not imagine anyone touching me or being relaxed on a table. Lately I found that Gosha still has a job their. The salon is a "money making machine". Dont want to get my hands dirty by suing this place. It is all in God's hands now.

It's Not Easy Being Beautiful!. Love, love, love this salon!!! All the amentities of a 4 star hotel spa where attention to detail, stress reduction and a pampered experience is paramount! Any girl who has long hair & nails also knows it takes hours in any salon in order to maintain our beauty. Delacqua makes this time consuming task an absolute pleasure in a highly relaxed atmosphere. My stylist Inna does a fantasic job with my long locks and I highly recommend their services to all my friends. The parking is bit tough on 86th Street, but go early and you should have no problems finding a meter.

best haircut ever!!!!!. I love this salon!!!! first off the interior is decorated amazingly. Second, my hairstylist yaniv gave me the best haircut ever!!!!! They attend to you here. Coffee, espresso's cappucino's, cutomer service is awesome!!! Love Love Love this salon!!!! Can't wait to go back!!!

not a good salon. very pricey and snobby. Ok service but nothing special, a lot of fluff and pretention. I would not reccomend this to a friend and definetely not coming there again

Delacqua. In my opinion the hair dressers are extremely OVERPRICED! For the price they charge I do not think I am getting the value. I can easily get it in a cheaper salon. On the other hand, their manicure/pedicure people are the best! I go get my nails done there and I'm extremely happy. It is very Russian oriented, too.... I guess that's good for Russian-speakers. Again - I'd go there to get me nails done.
