The worker in charge is very welcoming and helpful to their customers. She made sure that we were completely satisfied with the service provided. I just had my ears pierced and I felt totally comfortable and safe with the people taking care of me. I am impressed with the way they provided me with a respectful, organized, and welcoming service. They treated me with the care that I needed.

Gorgeous store.. Must see products here. I am not big in jewelry but when i went in here for a repair i bought a to die for necklace. My bracelet was fixed within 15 minutes. They did not charge much. Good experience .

Beautiful store ..
I was impressed with the price i got at facets for this specific item ( which i will not say ) because i have been shopping downtown Brooklyn and did not think a store on 7th ave and union with such nice decor would have such inventory.
Did not pay attention to the staff so i do not know how they really are bu i was greeted with a hello. I am a quick person so when i see something i like i buy it.
