The heart of Williamsburg has adopted this hangout with open arms. A mix of gay and straight hipsters flock to the laid-back space, where all sorts of nightlife bonuses await. Two fireplaces, a pool table, intimate lounges and a checkerboard dance floor--which gets packed during weekend dance parties--conjure a flirty and friendly mood. But the large, leafy backyard and multilevel outdoor deck are the biggest draws, and affordable drink prices the cherry on top.

I'm not gay, but my friends are. Sometimes this place can be full of somewhat cool peple, and other times it's really unbearable to be in. They have a cute outside covered part in the back, but it can be creepy back there if the crowd is so...

Great spot, my favorite gay bar in the city. Great beer selection, friendly bartenders, a mixed crowd (woman-friendly) and a lush back garden where they do BBQ in the summers. Best of all, it's always lively without ever being so packed you can't move.

Are you hip to Brooklyn? This place is for full out hipsters... who love music, rock and roll, grooves, beers that are cheap, a garden to smoke in, and familiar billyburg faces. Couches, pool tables, Megatouch, PacMan, and so on.. I can keep busy for hours....Def a fav spot. ps.. right outside the subway... think its the L

When to Go:
Head over on Sunday evenings in the summertime for the popular backyard barbecue. They've got free burgers and hot dogs--for vegetarians, too--as well at pitchers of beer (some for $7).
Save Money:
Well drinks and domestic bottles are two-for-one Monday through Friday from 3pm to 8pm.
